I am a seasoned Systems Engineer with over 20 years of experience. I take systematic approaches to solving problems, both large and small. I am a Team Leader, Innovator, Visionary, Futuristic Thinker, Planner and Entrepreneur. I possess degrees in both Physics and Electrical Engineering, but I’m equally skilled regarding Creative Ventures including Branding, Graphic Design, Web Development, Event Management, and Real Estate Sales and Development. I am a Certified Life Coach, Success Strategist, and Mentor. I focus of Life, Brand, and Business Coaching. My strength lies in identifying Pain Points regarding Processes and Methodologies in Life, Branding, and Business, to ultimately create innovative ways to Solve Problems, Lead People, Inspire Creativity, Facilitate Innovation, and Resolve Conflicts in Relationships. I am the writer of two books, “A SIMPLE Systems Engineering Guide for Success” and “The Brawn of Your Brand.” My purpose is to Motivate and Inspire others through the vehicle of One-on-One Heart Connections. I scale Inspiration and Motivation through Team Coaching and Training.

MY APPROACH
What makes my approach to coaching different is that I have a unique set of experiences and qualifications that form the foundation of my coaching. I didn't become a coach without experience; I became a coach after gaining all of my prior and profound experiences. My coaching takes into account my technical leadership skills, my business building skills, my creative development skills, and my God-given empathy and ability to connect with others on a deeper level. All of that combined is used by me to help my clients dive deep into the factors that drive and motivate them. They gain clarity to realize what is happening on both conscious and subconscious levels, thus yielding phenomenal actions and results. I am a soul searcher.
WHY PLURAPRENEUR®?
The word "plurapreneur" is new! It's invented and trademarked by me, and it is defined as a person who intentionally sets out to organize and operate several businesses while taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so. I invented this word when I found it difficult to describe to others who I am and what I do. Afterward, I had an "ah-ha!" moment: there are others like me who want to balance it all and concurrently roll out several efforts while finding joy at the same time. Plurapreneur® is my unique brand of coaching, specifically dedicated to Pluralistic Personal Development and Embracing Variable Entrepreneurship.
WHY ME?
To sum it up, I am "Technically Inclined and Creatively Driven." I am dedicated to engaging in technical activities that propel us forward. But I am also very passionate about the creative processes that can launch us to new heights! I have a strong technical background, as I have operated in the corporate realm of systems engineering for nearly 20 years. However, I have a powerful creative background as well, thriving as a creative graphic designer, web developer and brand developer. When I work with my clients, my fellow evolvers, I stretch their capacity think about life changes driven from both technical and creative accelerators. My creative experiences span neary 30 years.
