Now more than ever, people are engaging in entrepreneurship. Unfulfilled by one-dimensional career paths and monotonous life patterns, they desire gratifying work. They seek ways to earn a living doing the things they love to do . . . instead of the things they must do. This realization usually hits them relatively late in life; thus, they attempt to find ways to start up entrepreneurship opportunities while maintaining the stability of the careers they have already become so good at performing. I have personally been through this. And I’m here to say it is possible to balance it all.
You can embark on multiple paths of entrepreneurship as long as you plan, strategize, and execute the actions you must take to get there.
These coaching sessions are specifically focused on my clients understanding there is no one-size-fits-all answer for entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship varies per level of engagement pursued by the entrepreneur. Additionally, because so many people who seek fulfillment in both their work and lives have rainbow personalities, they struggle with defining what entrepreneurship encompasses for them. As a Success Strategist and Life Coach, it is my duty to help these clients feel comfortable with the level of entrepreneurship that specifically works for them! I help them understand Multi-faceted Entrepreneurship, or what I sometimes refer to as Variable Entrepreneurship.
