Who Is the Plurapreneur®?
In today’s world, people are juggling a tremendous array of activities in their busy work lives and their demanding social and family lives. In fact, most of us have divided ourselves into so many different pieces that we strain to become master acrobats, juggling our multi-faceted roles and responsibilities. But even though multi-tasking is currently a skill of necessity, that does not mean most of us are any good at it. In fact, many of us are so overwhelmed with trying to have and balance it all that we have lost sight of managing our own joy! Living unhappy and unfulfilled lives is the reality for the average “successful” person. And that makes me question, should miserable success be considered success at all?
The word Plurapreneur® is derivative of my own experiences and creative approach for describing whom I have become. After I realized I could juggle and synergize the many moving pieces of my life, my love, my career, and my business affairs, I summed all of that up in a package of joy I now call Plurapreneur®. And I am the original Plurapreneur®. I defined it. Simply put, Plurapreneur® defined is a person who intentionally sets out to organize and operate several businesses, while taking on greater than normal financial risk in order to do so. However, the more profound explanation of the term Plurapreneur® is that it is the unique brand of my coaching service for Pluralistic Personal Development. I embrace Variable Entrepreneurship and Finding Joy in Life, Work, Family Relationships & Personal Transitions!
The next time you think about the term Plurapreneur®, please remember that I aim to help you move beyond burnout, exhaustion, induced health complications, and other negative outcomes from trying to “have it all.” Better still, I’m here to work with you know to know YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL, on your own terms. And the key is placing truth and transparency at the center of daring yourself to love all of you . . . the good parts as well as those that aren’t so great. That's what makes you so special! XOXO.
